For our four-day stay in Hanoi, we initially booked only one night online at Phoenix Legend. The staff warmly welcomed us and provided helpful information about the area. They were always available and ready to assist us with any requests. The tour organization was excellent, with affordable prices and convenient pick-up from the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, including WiFi and international channels on the TV. We were able to extend our stay without any issues. a great value for money!

We had an amazing romantic trip at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with a complimentary drink which was a nice gesture. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the popular spots in the city. We loved the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our drinks while admiring the beautiful view of the city.

The room was smaller than we expected and the bathroom was a bit outdated. The noise from the street was also a bit disturbing at night.

We recently went on a romantic getaway and had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling town, making it easy for us to explore the city at our own pace.

Although we had a great experience overall, there were a couple of negative points. the chairs in the room were quite hard and uncomfortable to sit on, which made relaxing in the room less enjoyable.
